It was CDO's first event that was arranged exclusively for DPT students. Its purpose was to give awareness to DPT students and graduates about the different career opportunities both in Pakistan as well as abroad. For this event, guest speakers were Dr. Abdul Ghafoor Sajjad and Dr. Syed Ali Hussain Shah. Dr. Abdul Ghafoor Sajjad is Ph.D. Scholar. He is working as a HOD & Associate Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at Shifa Tameer-e- Millat University.

The event started at 11:15 AM with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Dr. Abdul Ghafoor was called upon the stage. He discussed all the job and career opportunities available both in Pakistan and abroad for DPT graduates. He advised the students, to prefer to choose the clinical field as there is already saturation on the academic side. He asked students how many of them joined this field by choice. On getting poor responses from students, he said that they need to respect their profession and feel proud of it. if they want others to respect them and their profession, they have to own it and feel proud of it. He emphasized that DPT graduates should have sound knowledge of their field. So instead of wasting time after graduation, they should start working on different career opportunities and choose the one which matches their interest and abilities. 

The other speaker Dr. Syed Ali Shah guided students about international opportunities and different exams they need to pass before starting their career abroad. Dr. Shah Rukh Mahtab presented a vote of thanks to both speakers.

In the end Managing Director, Mr. Yasir Niazi motivated the students with his inspiring words. Both speakers were presented with Shield and certificates. Students took a special interest in the question-answer session after which the event ended.
