I'm planning to make a group on the CDO website, particularly for students of 4th Year and 5th Year. In it I'll daily mention patients who have a significant clinical finding. (e.g we have patient of TB with a large spleen.
I know that morning round time is used to take histories which frankly speaking doesn't help at all and is very repetitive.
So how about a little shortcut?
