On  10th august of 2022, the CDO hosted its one-year anniversary as well as a seminar on patient safety by the highly esteemed Dr. Musadiq khan

The event was initiated with a seminar on patient safety by Prof Dr. Mussadiq Khan which emphasized the importance of protocols to break the chain of transmission of infection as well as sanitation and disposal guidelines, which indirectly improve patient outcomes and improve hospital stay. Once the seminar concluded, A speech was given by the honored chairman of IMDC Dr. Akbar Niazi congratulating the CDO and how the culture of IMDC had changed over the past year.

The CDO one-year anniversary event commenced with shield distribution to all mentors and members of faculty who had helped the CDO throughout its journey over the past year, this was followed by a speech that recapped the past year of the CDO and words of encouragement by all previous mentors recorded for the event. The event concluded with a cake-cutting ceremony.
